Sail House Apartments
This project was a repositioning of the Sail House Apartments in Kirkland, WA. For the Lobby & Clubhouse, we were inspired by the close proximity to lake Washington and summer boating. Open space, combined with plenty of seating makes this an ideal place for a community gathering.
Interior Design including everything from concept through documentation, furniture selection and specification, staging and installation was completed while at Board & Vellum as a member of the interiors staff of the project.
